What I want to disassemble this time is the QCY T5 true wireless Bluetooth headset. It uses the original Bluetooth 5.0 chip, supports low-latency game mode, supports touch control, supports call noise reduction, and IPX5 waterproof life. The configuration is relatively close to QCY T4. Let’s take a detailed disassembly to see what are the differences between the two headsets except for appearance and internal design~
1. QCY T5 true wireless Bluetooth headset out of the box
The packaging box style is more colorful, like T4, the upper left corner is the QCY brand logo, the bottom is the product name "T5 TWS Bluetooth headset", the rendering of the headset and the charging box occupy the main position, and the outer circle color pattern resembles a guitar.
The back of the box is a set of product information in both Chinese and English. The main content is: QCY T5 TWS Bluetooth headset, model In1933, music playback time is about 4-5 hours, input parameter 5V?500mA, support protocol: HSP/HFP/A2DP/ AVRCP, manufacturer: Dongguan Hele Electronics Co., Ltd. 2. Disassembly of the QCY T5 true wireless Bluetooth headset charging box
After just unpacking, we have a preliminary understanding of the appearance of the QCY T5 true wireless Bluetooth headset. Next we will enter the disassembly process. The first thing we bring is the charging box Partially disassembled.
Pry open the charging cockpit and take out the internal structure.
The indicator light opening on the front of the charging box has a hidden design. Next to it is the card slot installed in the charging cockpit.
The bar magnet inside the charging cockpit is used to attract the lid.
There is a cushioning foam at the bottom of the battery.
There are three magnets on the inside of the charging cockpit, two small ones are used to fix the earphones, and one large one is used to absorb the charging box cover.

The other side of the motherboard and battery. The charging box uses a Micro-USB power input interface, and the built-in battery is charged through a wire after passing through the charging circuit on the front of the motherboard. A wireless charging circuit is also reserved on the circuit board.

3. Disassembly of QCY T5 true wireless Bluetooth headset
The appearance of QCY T5 earphones has changed a lot. The earphones are still in-ear design, but they use a strip-shaped motherboard. The earphone handle is smooth and round and fits the auricle when worn.
