It has achieved good reputation and sales with higher cost performance: like the QCY T5S true wireless Bluetooth headset and QCY T5 true that I have disassembled before. The wireless bluetooth headset and QCY T4 TWS true wireless bluetooth headset are basically this upgrade idea, with distinctions in appearance, wireless charging function, internal components and software functions.
Today we are going to disassemble the QCY T6 true wireless sports earphones, which come with silicone anti-slip earhooks, suitable for sports wear; the earphones newly use a 12mm large-size dynamic unit, and other hardware configurations are basically the same as T5S, such as a built-in charging box 600mAh large-capacity battery; the headset uses the original Bluetooth 5.0 chip, supports low-latency game mode, supports touch, supports call noise reduction, IPX5 waterproof, etc.; Android phones can download APP to unlock more settings. Let's take a look at the internal changes through disassembly~

1. QCY T6 true wireless sports headphones out of the box
The style of the packaging box is very colorful, and it has formed the brand characteristics of QCY. The colored patterns on the periphery of the headset renderings resemble the euphonium. The upper left corner is the QCY brand logo, and the bottom is the product name "T6 TWS Smart Earphone".
The back of the box is the product information in both Chinese and English. The main contents are: QCY T6 TWS smart headset, model In1947, music playback time is about 6 hours, input parameter 5V600mA, support protocol: HSP/HFP/A2DP/AVRCP, manufacturer: Dongguan Hele Electronics Co., Ltd. In addition, there are some authentication information and anti-counterfeiting query information.

2. Disassembly of QCY T6 true wireless sports earphone charging box
First, disassemble the charging box, pry open the charging cockpit, and snap-on connection. The shell occupies a large part of the weight.
The shaft is fixed with two screws.
The indicator light has a separate cable.
Take out the cable to see the light guide on the shell.
The internal circuit of the charging box is displayed, and the battery is fixed on the circuit board with double-sided tape.
There are magnets on the inside and bottom of the charging cockpit to attract the earphones.

LPS Microsource Semiconductor's LP6261, 1uA low-power boost chip. Using SOT23-6 package, 1.7uA ultra-low power boost (5V normally open), only 3 peripherals (inductance and input and output capacitors each 1pcs); shutdown current<0.1uA, built-in EN for complete shutdown, built-in Short circuit protection. It is used to charge the headset after boosting the battery voltage.

3. Disassembly of QCY T6 true wireless sports headphones
Next, let’s disassemble the earphone part. The ear hook is made of silicone material to ensure the comfort of wearing; the earphone is an in-ear design with three-point support as a whole to ensure the stability of sports wear.
Silicone ear hooks are relatively soft and can withstand certain deformations.

Inside are the touch sensing part and charging contacts, and there is a silicone cover at the position corresponding to the microphone opening.

These two configurations have been improved compared with the previous ones.
On the whole, QCY T6 true wireless sports headphones are more outstanding in the T series in terms of configuration, and are a good entry-level TWS sports headphones.
